Law Enforcement

North Hennepin's A.S. in Law Enforcement provides students with a broad analysis of the relationship between law and society, as well as a thorough examination of the interrelationships, functions and operations of the different components of the criminal justice system. It is designed to provide preparation for a variety of entry-level positions in state, county, and municipal law enforcement agencies.

Students who wish to pursue this degree, must first meet certain criteria before applying for admission. Students who are admitted must also complete the professional licensing core courses at the Law Enforcement Education Center before earning their degree.
