The D2L statewide online learning help desk and support services (https://d2l.custhelp.com) will provide phone (1-877-235-2751), chat and email technical support for students and faculty using Online Learning. A searchable knowledge base will provide on-demand 24x7 support as well.

The D2LHelp Desk provides phone and chat support:
Sundays through Thursdays - 7:30 AM - 11:30 PM CDT/CST
Fridays - 7:30 AM - 4 PM CDT/CST
Saturdays - 11 AM - 6 PM CDT/CST
Closed on Holidays

The site also provides on-demand 24x7 support via searchable FAQ's. This first tier of support can provide immediate answers to your questions via a searchable knowledge base. If you do not find an answer to your question, you can contact the Help Desk by using the same knowledge base via the Chat tool.
