North Hennepin Community College hosts an annual commencement ceremony at the end of Spring Semester. All students who have graduated during the academic year are encouraged to participate.

Pick-up Graduation Apparel & Guest Tickets
(Caps, Gown & Tassels are free and yours to keep! Limit of 4 tickets per graduate. Any remaining tickets will be available the week of May 7th.)

Phi Theta Kappa stoles and tassels will be available for purchase. The cost is $20 for the stole, $10 for the tassel, or $30 for both.

Graduation Application Requirement

To receive a degree from North Hennepin Community College, students need to submit a NHCC Degree Application by the deadline date for the term of their intended graduation.

Time Limit Requirement

Students have up to four years to complete degree requirements outlined in the catalog in effect at the time of their initial enrollment. Students who exceed the four year time limit may follow any catalog in effect during the four-year period preceding the date of graduation.

Honors Recognition

Students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa or Kappa Beta Delta or who have completed the Honors Program may receive honors recognition at graduation.
